How it Works

To request a price match, simply contact our service team with a link to the competitor's listing or a written quote. Once we have verified the details, we will adjust your order total accordingly.

Terms and Condition

To maintain a fair process, our Price Match Promise is subject to the following criteria:

• Product Match: The item must be brand new, identical in manufacturer and model, and currently held in stock by the competitor.

• Total Cost: We match the "to-the-door" price, which includes the item cost plus any applicable shipping fees and VAT.

• Verified Retailers: The competitor must be an authorized UK-based retailer. This excludes auction sites (such as eBay), private sellers, and liquidators.

• Timing: Price matches must be requested at the point of purchase or within 7 days of your order.
