We want to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle your delivery.

Order Processing Times

The "magic hour" at our warehouse is 1:00 PM.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday): Processed and dispatched the very same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/Bank Holidays: Processed the next available working day.

*Note on Next Day Delivery: To receive your order the following day, please ensure you place your order before 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM will be delivered on Monday.

The Fine Print

  • Working Days: Our delivery estimates are based on "Working Days," which include Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays.

  • Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you aren't in to receive your parcel, our couriers will typically leave a card or send an electronic notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your item.
